Tiger Safari at Kanha
Kanha – April 18 – 21, 2024
Day 01
- Depart from Nagpur @9 AM. It’s a 5-hour drive Arrive and check in to the resort.
- Interaction for the group on We prime ourselves with some basic concepts of photography and tiger tracking. This will set you up for the tour.
- Lunch and join the first safari at 2.30 PM
- 7.30 PM post safari a hot tea, a group get together and review the day’s sightings.
- 8.30 PM dinner and rest.
Day 02
- Safari 2
- Wakeup call at 5 AM and we leave at 5:45 AM for the safari.
- Packed breakfast we drive in search of the elusive stripes and spots.
- Return from safari, get some rest, and meet for lunch at 1:30 PM
- Safari 3
- We leave by 2.30 PM
- 7.30 PM – Post safari a hot tea, a group get-together, and review the day’s sightings.
- 8.30 PM – Dinner and rest.
Day 03
- Safari 2
- Wakeup call at 5 AM and we leave at 5:45 AM for the safari.
- Packed breakfast we drive in search of the elusive stripes and spots.
- Return from safari, get some rest, and meet for lunch at 1:30 PM
- Safari 3
- We leave by 2.30 PM
- 7.30 PM – Post safari a hot tea, a group get-together, and review the day’s sightings.
- 8.30 PM – Dinner and rest.
Day 04
- Safari 6
- Wakeup call at 5 AM and we leave at 5:45 AM for the safari.
- Packed breakfast we drive in search of the elusive stripes and spots.
- Return from safari, get some rest, and meet for lunch at 1:30 PM
- We check out and the trip comes to a close.
- The actual day-to-day itinerary may vary depending on the flow of the tour.
- Updates will be regularly communicated at the venue via the Whatsapp group.
Cost
INR 38,000/- (plus 5% GST) For double occupancy
- Single Occupancy INR 45,000/- (plus 5% GST)
- Prices are Ex-Kanha Tiger Reserve.
- Stay at Nagpur if you come a day early and Transfers to and from Nagpur can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Transfers to and from Pench are not included in the package but can be arranged at an added cost. The cost for Nagpur to and from Kanha (2 Way) is INR 10,000.
- We can coordinate with you for transfers to/from the airport/railway station.
- We generally do carpool for guests arriving at around the same time so everyone can split the costs.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
- 50% to be paid to book your tour and the rest 50% 60 days before the trip
- 50% is non-refundable once the payment is done.
- The remaining amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 30 days prior to the photo tour start dates.
- No refund if cancellation is done between 0-30 days of the event.
- Your spot on the tour is only guaranteed once the full payment has been made
- Please note that the date of written communication (e-mail) of intent to cancel will be the date considered for the calculation of the cancellation fees.

- Nagpur / Jabalpur Railway Station is the nearest rail
- We can coordinate with you for transfers to/from the airport/railway We generally do carpool for guests arriving at around the same time.
- Please note that all such transfers will be at an additional cost.
- We recommend that you book any flight which arrives in Nagpur before 07.30 AM on the day the tour begins and any flight that leaves after 6:00 pm on the day that the tour ends.
- The temperature during this time remains between 14°C to 30°C. However, the early mornings and evenings, especially in the months of Nov, December & January, might be cold.
- Practical colors to wear to the park are khaki, beige, and white in all seasons. Please avoid bright and flashy clothing and strong perfumes/deodorant. It is advisable not to wear sandals or shorts during nature walks.
